Definition of terms and expressions
"FOUNDATION OF OPEN DOOR" means, "Jesus Christ" (Revelation 3 : 7);
"OPEN DOOR" means "House of Worship" hereinafter to be referred to as "HOUSE OF DEPUTIES" (Revelation 3 : 8);
"TEMPLE" means, "Body of persons who worship in "HOUSE OF DEPUTIES" (John 2 : 19);
"OPEN DOOR TEMPLE" means, "HOUSE OF DEPUTIES", wherein Deputies for Christ commune in fellowship, as an ASSEMBLY OF GOD'S PEOPLE";
"THEOLOGICAL" means, "Biblical interpretation of the Nature of God"
"SEMINARY" means, "Teaching and Training Arm of OPEN DOOR";
"RELIGIOUS" means, "Faithful"
"RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCES" mean, "Ministerial Duties and Responsibilities"; (Matthew 28: 19, 20)
"PARTAKERS IN RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCES" mean, "Those that are the Called for the purpose of God" (Romans 8:28)
"REGISTERED MEMBER OF THIS RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY" means, "Deputy"; A "Member of the House of Deputies" can use the title "MHD" after his/her name.

Article I: Core Beliefs
We believe that Jesus is a Spirit (Revelation 3:13) and that he was not born of man, but of Spirit. (John 1:1).
We believe that the man named Simon, who was compelled to carry Jesus's Cross to the place of skull was an African.
We believe that Jesus was crucified on a Friday, but God resurrected His soul exactly 3 days later, on a Sunday;
We believe that the governorship and rulership of the world is in the Spirit of God; whosoever believes in this doctrine, and proclaims it among the people shall receive the salvation of resurrection before burial, in the event of premature, untimely death.
Article II: Name of the Religious Community)? whether an affiliation
The name of the Religious Community is OPEN DOOR TEMPLE Theological Seminary hereinafter referred to as ("HOUSE OF DEPUTIES") which means that it is a HOUSE OF WORSHIP. It has two Arms, to wit, Theological and Seminary. It is non-denominational. It is a Teaching-Training Ministry, for those in different walks of life globally that are the Called for the purpose of God (Romans 8:28)
Article III: Ministerial Duties and Responsibilities
These are: Collective worship, Preach doctrine, Perform functions relating to gatherings of the Assembly or Congregation, Provide Spiritual counselling, either as an ordained Minister or as a member of the Religious Community, Conduct of regular religious services, Administration of the rites of faiths, such as Marriage ceremonies, Baptism, and Christening, Prayers and promotion of spirituality by delivering sermons and other religious talks, Evangelism, Provision of spiritual and moral guidance to members of the Assembly, Offer Degree Courses in Theology, Divinity, and Hermeneutics, and serve as a Point of Contact between International Students and Universities worldwide.
Article IV: Religious Activities
The religious activities of the Community shall be performed under Authority of the following Directorates: Religious Services, Race Relations, Public Affairs, Biblical Research, Human Rights, Prisons, Higher Education, Legal Services, Social Security, Arts & Cultures, Women & Children.
Article IV: Governance
The Board of Trustees shall be the Governing Body of the Community.
Article V: Persons entitled to vote on Community Business
All registered Members of the Assembly.
Article VI: Officers Authorized to Exercise the Powers of the Assembly
Officiating Chief Minister or, in his absence, Temple Administrator.
Article VII: Rules for dealing with Temple Property
Any Business of the Assembly shall be in the form of a RESOLUTION and passed by a majority of the Board of Trustees.
Article VIII: Quorum for carrying on Business
Two-Thirds of the Board of Trustees
Article IX: The Temple and Inner Temple
The Temple, with a seating capacity of 2,700 and an Inner Temple with a seating capacity of 2,300 shall be built. Other buildings to accommodate the Directorates, Board of Trustees, Visiting Ministers of religion, Other Dignitaries, Meetings and Conferences, Seminars, and Lecture Theatres, shall be annexed to the Temple and Inner Temple. The entire structure shall be known as HOUSE OF DELUTIES
ARTICLE X: Menbership
Membership of the Assembly is open to three types of worshipers: (a) those who confess Jesus ( Romans 10: 9, 10); (b) those who believe in His evangelistic commands; and, (c ) those who believe in Scriptural allegories concerning Him: (Jonah and the Fish, Passover Lamb, Ark of the Covenant /Mary, Temple Curtain, The vine and the branches (John 15),The Good Samaritan (Luke 10), The prodigal son (Luke 15), The Sower (Matthew 13), The tearing of the Temple Curtain, Living water (John 4:7).
Article XI: Profession of Faith, Commitment, & Active Participation
Confession: "I believe in my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead; I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord of my life"
Article XII : Benefits
1. The Community shall apply monies coming into the Community to improve the material and spiritual life of Deputies, to provide relief assistance to Deputies' households; into building Health and Medical Centre in Stockholm; into the construction of affordable housing for Deputies; into education and scholarships for children of Deputies; and engage in any lawful acts or activities for which a Religious Community may be organized.
ARTICLE XIII : DURATION
The duration of the Community shall be perpetual. The essence of this Religious Community is Charitable and public benefit. It is expressly declared that the Community is Not-for-Profit or gain and that no dividend shall ever be declared or paid to any of its staff, and that none of the property, real or personal, shall ever be used or expended except to carry out the legitimate ends, and objectives of the Community's.
Article XIV: PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF COMMUNITY
The principal office of the Community shall be situated in Stockholm
ARTICLE XV: PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF OFFICIATING CHIEF MINISTER
AND DEAN Pro tem
The principal office of Officiating Chief Minister, of Dean Pro tem, and of the Board of Trustees, shall be situated within the HOUSE OF DEPUTIES
Article XVI : BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees is expressly authorized to exercise all Community powers and manage the business and affairs of the Community subject to limitation , provided in these Articles, By-Laws and the Laws of the host Nation, and by an action of 2/3 vote of the Board. The initial Board of Trustees who, subject to the provisions of Registration, By-Laws shall hold office until their successors are fully qualified and elected and the initial members to serve shall not be less than Three "3".

Article XVIII: TAX EXEMPTION
Pursuant to applicable Laws in force, the Religious Community shall register with the Swedish Tax Agency as a Tax-exempt entity. Notwithstanding the accounts of the Organisation showing receipts and expenditures shall always be opened to inspection by any official, designated by the Minister.
Article XIX: INDEMNITY
The Organisation shall not indemnify any of its Trustees or any person who may have performed a religious duty at its request, unless the acts of the Trustees, Officers, persons in performance of the Organisation's activities and authorized by the Organisation.

Article XXI: AUTHORISED SIGNING AUTHORITY FOR RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY
By virtue of this Constitution, Reverend John Salako, Officiating Chief Minister and Founder of this Religious Community is the authorized signing Authority for the Religious Community
Article XXII: AMENDMENT
The Organisation shall reserve the rights to amend, change or repeal any provision contained in these Articles of Registration or to merge or consolidate the Organisation with another non-profit-organisation in the manner now or hereafter prescribed by statute. Provided, however, that an action be undertaken exclusively to carry out the objectives and purposes for which the organisation is founded, and rights herein conferred or granted shall be subject to this resolution.
Article XXIII: ANNUAL EVENTS
There shall be 2 Annual Events; a SEMINAR ON RELIGIOUS WORKS AND WORKERS, to take place between 7th day of July and 29th day of September; and an ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, between the 19th day of Decemberand 23rd day of December.
Article XXIV: LAND CODE (Jordabalken - JB)
UPON Registration, the Religious Community shall apply to the relevant Authorities Pursuant to the Land Code and Planning and Building Act (PBL) for a grant to purchase 20 acres for the construction of the Temple, Inner Temple, and other buildings.
Article XXV: COMMUNITY COMMENCEMENT
The Community's existence shall begin upon the filing of these Articles of Registration with Kammsrkollegiet as of the date stated in these Articles of Registration.
