Hermeneutics

I propose to offer a Degree Course in Hermeneutics. If the word "Hermeneutics" sounds strange to you, well, you are not alone. There must be as many as a million people on this earth that have never heard of it, too. Hermeneutics is a science. Science of interpretation and understanding of Scriptural texts.   

There is a correlation between my own 20th Century Discovery, namely,  POLICY SCIENCE and HERMENEUTICS.  In POLICY SCIENCE, the focus is on Explanation. Whereas in Hermeneutics the focus is on Interpretation of Human Beings on society. An American writer once said that human beings are the greatest bombshell since the invention of atomic weapon.
