Minutes of the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of   
Members of OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, 
Held on Friday, 23rd Day of October 2025  

This Extra-ordinary General Meeting was held on the premises of Mr. and Mrs. John Salako, situated at C488/1 Nsawam Road, Caprice, Accra, Ghana,  based on a NOTICE served upon 21 Members of the OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY , the purpose being to determine Five Matters, as follows: 

(a) WHETHER to continue to manage the affairs of the OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY online;   

(b) WHETHER to Register the OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY as a Religious Community with Kammarkollegiet, Sweden;

( c) WHETHER to give the OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, being a a House of Worship and Teaching-Training Ministry,  a new Title or Name;  

(d)  WHETHER to grant all Registered Members of the proposed new OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY a Title to be used globally after each Member's Name;

(e)  WHETHER to elect a new Board of Trustees.

Members present  
In response to the Notice served upon members on the 10th Day of October, 21 members were present.   

Reverend John Salako was elected the Chairman of this EGM and thereafter he occupied the chair and conducted the proceeding of the Meeting.  

The Meeting was called to order at 10:30AM. A roll call was conducted and a quorum was present.  With the consent of members the Notice sent to Members regarding this EGM be taken as read.  

Short History of the Ministry   
The Chairman briefly outlined the historical background of the OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY.   

He pointed out that it would be 35 years old on the 14th Day of December, 2025. He concluded his short address by impressing it upon the members present the need to  switch from online performances of religious observances to in-temple performances of religious observances.  He therefore, invited the members present to determine the five matters raised in the Notice.  

Thereafter, the members present proposed and seconded the following resolutions as Special resolutions:   

RESOLVED to discontinue online performances of religious observances;  

RESOLVED to Register the OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY as a Religious Community with Kammarkollegiet, Legal, Financial and Administrative Agency, Public Law Unit, P O Box 2218, 103 15 Stockholm Sweden

RESOLVED to change the description of the OPEN DOOR TEMPLE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY from "House of worship" to "HOUSE OF DEPUTIES"


RESOLVED to grant every Registered Member of the House the exclusive right to use the Title "MHD" (Member of the House of Deputies) after his or her name;  

RESOLVED to elect the following Members to constitute the new Board of Trustees:

Pastor Lawrence Adelowo  
Nifemi Bolaji Adewumi  
Ifeanyichukwu Okere
Waliou Lawani 

RESOLVED Further that Reverend John Salako be and is hereby authorized to file all necessary forms of application for registration of the Religious Community with Kammarkollegiet and other concerned Statutory Authorities and also to do all such necessary acts, deeds and things as may be necessary, expedient and incidental thereto to give effect to these Resolutions  and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Thereafter the Chairman put the motion for voting and by show of hands the Resolutions were passed unanimously as Special Resolutions.

As there was no other business to be transacted, the Meeting concluded at 13:30 PM with a Vote of Thanks to the Chairman.
