BUYERS BEWARE AND BE AWARE
This is a real life scenario. Mr X, a businessman bought a car from another businessman. Two weeks later, a fellow visited him at his residence. The visitor accused Businessman X of theft. The Businessman protested, saying : how dare you? Meanwhile two police constables arrived. The Businessman was arrested and taken to the local police station. On arrival, he saw the fellow from whom he bought the car sitting on a bench in the Charge room. "This is the fellow who sold the car to me. Here is the receipt he gave me". The seller denied any knowledge of the transaction. And he denied any knowledge of the unlucky Businessman. Both men were put into separate cells whilst two officers from the Station's CID commenced their investigations. Who is the trickster? The Buyer or the Seller?
